Sock Theory accepts payments through Paypal directly though our check out system. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards online.
What Is Your Shipping Theory?
All our orders are shipped via US First Class mail or via UPS. Transport time is from the time the order is shipped – not from the time you place your order. All in stock orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from when they are placed. We DO ship international! Select either the standard international or UPS Worldwide Express option upon checkout. Rates differ from country to country and weight of order. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance & delivery must be paid by the customer. We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please carefully check all information you enter when placing your order online, and double check that all information is correct in the confirmation email that you will receive after your order is placed. We are not responsible for any problems arising from your providing us with incorrect information. Domestic First Class Mail shipping on orders over $50 is free! This offer excludes international orders and other shipping options such as priority mail, express mail, etc.
What Is Your Size Theory?
Sock Sizing is not an exact science. The majority of our styles are “One Size Fits Most.” If different sizes are available they will be included on the individual product pages. Please see our official Size Theory Chart for tips and information to aid your decision. If you have questions regarding a specific style, please contact us at info@socktheory.com with your thigh and calf measurements. Is Sock Theory Secure?
Sock Theory will never ask for personal information until your are on a secure page. In addition, Sock Theory will never distribute any of its user’s information and will never add you to any mailing lists. What Is Your Photo Theory?
We take all our own photos in various locations from the beach, to the park, all over Manhattan Island wherever you go, your tights and socks can go and we love to show them off. If you are interested in modeling our socks, please send us photos of you wearing our socks and tights and send them to photos@socktheory.com. We may feature YOUR photo on the product page for that style!!
What It The Sock Theory Return Policy?
Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
Once an order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail including the details of you order and shipping information. If you have not entered your correct e-mail address you will not receive your order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours of when your order is placed, please contact us at customerservice@socktheory.comand we will be happy to correct your information and forward your confirmation directly. We do not send an additional e-mail once the order has shipped unless it is a priority or overnight shipment.
